چکیده

In addition to the indirect and direct costs presented, BRL 917 millions are spent annually with loss of income due to premature death (Table 5). The estimated total amount of potential life years lost was 33,898 years (from the average number of deaths over the years 2012, 2013 and 2014). The maximum age rate was used in a conservative way, to not overestimate the number of days lost due to premature death. The same nominal average efficiency was used to calculate the indirect cost of BRL 2,253.80.
